# Terms and Conditions

These USDV Token Terms and Conditions (these “USDV Token Terms”) form a legal agreement between **Verified USD Company Limited** (“Token Issuer,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” and “your”), as a user of the USDV Token Services (defined below). These USDV Token Terms state the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the USDV Token Services.
